Year One: Weigh-in Results
It has been 52 weeks, a whole year of spending my Wednesday mornings stepping onto the scale, taking a picture, and uploading it to the blog.
I’m really proud of this week. I earned every pound.
January 20 weight: 211.8
January 13 weight: 216.2

What’s the secret recipe? Under 2,100 calories every day since last Wednesday, five visits to the gym x 30 minutes and about 16 ounces of sweet tea — another 500+ ounces of H2O.
This is lowest weight in the entire journey and the lowest weight I’ve been since I was probably 14. It’s not a time to celebrate, though. There’s still a lot of work ahead of us.
