You just keep moving forward Tyler and you will have nothing to regret.

The child-safe locks on your cabinet just got me – i think it is so outstanding that you’re doing this FOR your family, instead of using them as an excuse that you don’t have the time.

  8. Yesterday’s over, Tyler, so let it go. A blogger I started reading recently has a great visual for letting go of unproductive thoughts (like regret) – put it in a bubble and blow it away.

You’ve done amazing things for your health over the last 72 weeks, and you’ll keep doing that as you move forward. I can’t wait to continue watching your progress – keep it up!

Hi. I’m from Quebec city, Canada. Sorry for my english. I just started a journey similar to yours. My current weight is 339 pounds. I kinda borrowed your idea of a blog and started my own to keep in track. I started working out yesterday and I ache all over. But can’t wait to start again tonight.

    Thank you. you’re my HERO!!

  10. Couldn’t agree more! Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is an excellent core workout. I’m drenched in sweat every day I train.
