Cardio + weight lifting + watching calories = less fat and more muscles.
August 18 weight: 223.6 pounds
Weekly Change: +1.4 pounds
Body Fat Percentage: 26.8%
Weekly Change: -0.1%
Oh no, a gain? Don’t panic. I didn’t gain any fat this week, just a pound on the scale. I haven’t used the restroom for a while and I had a big dinner last night — who knows why I weigh 223. Just know that my calories are on target and I’m in the gym almost every night, even on the weekends lately.
That 1.4 pounds will be gone next week.
It’s strange posting the same weight I had several months ago while knowing that a tremendous amount of progress is still being made every single week. It might be the same number, but it’s not the same place.
