Week 89: Weigh-in Results
I gained a little bit of weight back now that I’m actually eating again.
October 06 weight: 217.6 pounds | +2.6 pounds weekly change
Body Fat Percentage: 25.7% | -.1% weekly change
I’m not posting pictures of my scale for the time being (too time consuming!), so you’ll just have to trust me. Although, if I come back next week and weigh 193 pounds, you might want to be a little suspicious.
I went a little stupid over the weekend, but for the most part my calories hovered around 2,100 calories a day. If you’re curious how many calories others are consuming daily, take a look at this thread in the forum.
My wife actually caught the stomach virus I had last week and I ended up watching my daughter for the entire second half of last week, which meant no gymtime for me. I think I’ve missed the gym more in the last two weeks than I have in the last two months, but that’s over with.
Thankfully, I’ve gone to the gym regularly this week and barring another virus being planted inside our house, I shouldn’t miss a day for the rest of the week. I’m also going to try to work in an early run Saturday morning, I just have to wake up before the rest of the family.
