Week 90: Weigh-in Results
Welcome to the 90th edition of my weekly weigh-in results. Enjoy.
October 13 weight: 216.4 pounds | -1.2 pounds weekly change
Body Fat Percentage: 24.8% | -0.9% weekly change
Those arms are getting thick and it ain’t fat.
I pigged out a little while watching South Carolina easily beat Alabama over the weekend, and again on sushi on Sunday night, but other than that my calories have been around 2,100 daily over the past week.
I need more time at the gym.
If you’re friends with me on Facebook, you should know that I’ve woken up at 5 the past few days to go to the gym. While I like it, I have to leave the gym by 6:20 to be back at the house by 6:30 to get showered, dressed, etc., so that leaves only about a solid hour of working out at the gym.
That’s close to enough, but not quite enough time to do cardio/weights.
I don’t really want to wake up any earlier than 5, but what I’m going to try to do starting tomorrow is set my clothes out for the next day the night before, get my gym stuff ready, etc. If I can wake up at 5 and be out the door within 5 minutes, that’d give me an hour and 15 minutes at the gym.
That should be enough to do some damage.
