Week 93: Weigh-in Results
I’m noticing a little bit more of a change in my pictures this week.
November 03 weight: 215.6 pounds | -1 pounds weekly change
Body Fat Percentage: 23.2% | -0.3% weekly change

I had a pretty wild Saturday, including sushi and a few slices of supreme pizza (had to have some veggies, too!) while I watched the Gamecocks beat the Volunteers. I’ve been eating really clean for the past week, minus Saturday, while still keeping protein intake up high (close to 200 grams a day).
Protein is good to maintain/grow muscles.
I didn’t go to the gym over the weekend, but I did manage to go the rest of last week and so far this week. I had time to go over the weekend, but I was really sore and stiff from not only my first kickball game (lots of running), but doing a lot of cardio and weight lifting with my legs on Friday.
I was back to 100% Monday though, ready to go again.
