Week 97: Weigh-in Results
I mentioned it last Wednesday, but since most were away for Thanksgiving I wanted to bring it up again: check out the newly updated progress chart for a complete listing of weigh-in results (with links!) for all 97 weeks.
December 01 weight: 212.0 pounds | -0.2 pounds weekly change
Body Fat Percentage: 22.2% | 0% weekly change

Counting calories was non-existant from last Wednesday until Sunday and since then I’ve been perfect. I’m actually surprised to not have gained any weight over Thanksgiving, but I’m not complaining.
While I didn’t count any calories over Thanksgiving, I certainly burned some calories. On Wednesday night I played two hours of table tennis with several guys at Aiken’s rec center. They were all extremely good and I never got close to winning, but I was chasing after ping pong balls all night long. My father-in-law took me to play and has won/placed in a bunch of state and national tournaments and that was the kind of company I played with.
On Thursday, the family played two-hand touch football in the front yard of my wife’s grandmother’s house. I broke the big toe on my right foot (playing barefoot is stupid). I haven’t mentioned it, because, well, it hurts, but it doesn’t stop me from running. It doesn’t stop me from doing anything.
Friday and Saturday were busts and as I had a whole bunch of food and didn’t move around a whole lot (watching football, not playing) but as of Sunday I was back at it with a trip to the gym and counting calories.
I’ve been back at it ever since.
