    Tyler, your blog has been an inspiration to me!

    I have lost 5 lbs this week, and going strong. Doing cardio and *counting calories* is something that is going well for me. In the past, I am not sure if I was intimidated, too lazy, or just didn’t want to know the content… but I never took a glance at the nutrition label. And now that I have for a couple weeks, I have noticed so much progress. I never put anything into my mouth that doesn’t get a background check via the nutrition label. Just want to say keep it up!

    I still inspect nutrition labels to this day. Even if I know it’s bad for me, I want to know what it is so I can adjust accordingly.

    My week is going great! Working out every day doing cardio and 3x’s a week i’m lifting now. I’ve been counting calories on my app, my calorie counter for my droid- I love it!
