Week 107: Weigh-in Results
My video skills are being perfected and the video picture quality is now in true high definition for these weigh-in results. Although, unless you like pale, overweight white kids with loose skin, you won’t probably like the HD video.
Weekly Update (#107)
That puts me at a total of 136 pounds lost as of today.
I considered to start putting a shirt on for these weigh-in videos (uh, the next 500?), but I decided against that. Like everything I do, I don’t
have a good reason for it.
I’m not shirtless because I think I’m some hot, big shot macho man, I’m shirtless in videos and pictures because I like being transparent. I’ll tell you about the good parts about losing 136 pounds, as well as the bad, and the bad happens to be loose skin. If you’re grossly overweight or obese like I was (100 pounds or more overweight), you’re going to have some loose skin when you lose weight.
Loose skin shouldn’t scare you, though. It shouldn’t stop you from losing weight.
With a shirt on, I look like a normal Joe with a little bit of muscles. With a shirt off, there’s loose skin, but so what? Life is so much better now that I’m not carrying around another 100 extra pounds — exponentially better. No comparison.
