Weekly Update (#111)
Last week, I thought I was getting too comfortable. I’ve certainly corrected that problem.
I’m happy to report I’m writing this post sore. I’m not usually this sore, in fact I can’t remember the last time I was. I’m sore from more intense lifting sessions at the gym. I’m sore from the extremely intense and fast-paced 15 minute cardio session that follows my daily lifting sessions. And I’m sore from two hour-long spin classes the last five days.
Being sore isn’t a bad thing. There isn’t any pain or discomfort or anything along those lines. It’s just a feeling of muscles being repaired and legs being refreshed, all getting ready for the next battle at the gym. I’m not complaining, though.
I asked for it.
