Week 116: Weigh-in Results
I’m wearing a shirt in this week’s video. It’s only temporary, I’ll be shirtless again next week, but it goes to show how well you can hide loose skin with a simple shirt. I know it might be a little noticeable, but not like it would be if I were shirtless.

Weekly Update (#116)
It’s hard waking up so early after a week long vacation and I’ve set the snooze a few times this week to prove it. 4:30 AM turns into 4:45 on my alarm, which then turns into 5 — by 5 though something inside of me is screaming for me to wake up. Look, I’m not superman, I don’t have any special secrets or tips to help you get out of a warm bed a few hours before work to go to the gym.
I might be nuts, but I’m definitely not special.
I don’t even want to call it motivation. I’m not really motivated at 5 AM. I just wake up. I just do it, as the old Nike marketing slogan goes. I know I have to go to the gym. So I get up. Just like I’ve posted this weigh-in 116 times.
That’s nuts. Why do I still do it? I don’t know. I just do it.
