Week 118: Weigh-in Results + Transformation

Weekly Update (#118)
This week brings a little bit less fat and a little bit more loose skin.
I see a pattern evolving.
I’m very pleased with muscle growth, number on the scale, etc, but I need to get this loose skin under control or all this effort I feel will always be diminished. Sure, I’m not dying anymore from being 100 pounds overweight, but that doesn’t mean I want to live with an extra coating of skin covering most of my body.
Forgetting about loose skin for a second, it’s almost been year since I’ve been lifting weights on a consistent basis. Mixed in with ample cardio through kickball, softball, and the elliptical, I wonder what changes next the next few years will bring.
We’ll have to keep going to find out.
