Week 121: Weigh-in Results + Transformation
I have a little weight gain from the wedding festivities over the past weekend. I’m sure the steak and steak fries from last night didn’t help, either.

Weekly Update (#121)
The steak was delicious. I don’t get to eat at sit down restaurants often since I have a hyper two year old, but when I do, I usually get a steak. I don’t care about gaining half a pound on the scale. It means nothing in the grand scheme of things.
It will all be gone by next Wednesday, plus some.
Don’t let gains on the scale discourage you or derail you, even if you watched your calories and didn’t eat a steak. Sometimes you’ll gain weight on the scale from day to day or week to week, the only thing that matters is that your appearance is improving and that your weight is going down over time (several weeks and months, not days).
This journey isn’t measured in days, but years.
