Body Transformation: Week 129
I’m so happy I started this journey and that you’re part of it. It’s one of the greatest things I’ve ever done in my entire life. After the book is published and out of the way, I’ve got so many awesome plans for this community and helping people lose weight.
Oh, and I decided to wear a shirt this week. Look ma, no loose skin:

Weekly Progress (#129)
I’m going to keep posting a few times a week on the blog (usually Monday, Wednesday, Friday) until the book is done, then I’m going back to posting five times a week like I did in 2009 and 2010. It’s just hard to keep quantity and quality up on the blog when concentrating on writing a book as well, as I’m sure you’ve noticed.
Once things are back to normal around here many things will change/improve. Mainly, focus will be on our community and providing weight loss support and motivation to people out there (like YOU!) that need it. I want to be here to help you lose weight.
Also, I’m going to talk more about counting calories. The book will have “The Guide to Counting Calories” and will feature a HUGE how-to guide on counting calories, but I also want to have some of this information easily discoverable on the blog.
It’s still hard to be as in-depth on the blog as I can be in the book — nobody wants to read a twelve page long blog post. That’s why I’m writing the book, after all.
Counting calories is the best way to lose weight. I’m writing the book on it.
