I ate, then burned, a lot of calories this week.
Weight: 202.8 pounds | up 0.6 pounds since last week
Average Daily Calories: 2,500 calories (a little too much for my liking)
Most Calories in One Meal: 1,300 calories at the sushi bar with a two sushi rolls, two homemade egg rolls, fried rice, and egg drop soup and a 24 ounce Coke
Most Calories Burned in One Session: 2,500 calories during eight straight hours of moving on Saturday consisting of nonstop walking and heavy lifting

Although, I do plan on taking videos with my shirt off again starting next week. While the shirt conceals my loose skin and fat, well — that right there is the problem. I don’t conceal anything here. You get to see and read everything, the good and the bad.
