I’ve got to admit it’s getting better — a little better all the time. (Thanks, Beatles!)

Most Calories in One Meal: 1,400 calories at a Mexican restaurant (I love Mexican food) with a chimichanga, beans, rice, and a handful of chips/salsa and 24 oz sweet tea
Most Calories Burned in One Session: 500 calories during a 45-minute spin class
Most Repeated Workout Song: Chevelle – Jars
You’ll certainly see smaller “cheat meals” going forward.
We’ve got a long road ahead, but you’ve got to start driving if you ever want to get where you’re going. I feel like I’m starting over this week — weekly update 1 instead of 134. It’s good to know that it’s rarely ever too late in life, and that you can still decide to improve and change your circumstances at any given moment. It’s a good feeling.
I hope you’ve got that feeling, too.
I don’t want to sound like I’ve fallen off the wagon or anything over the past several months, it’s just that I’m refocused and super motivated this week. Even the best of us need to refocus every once in a while. I’m reexamining my efforts and making sure everything I do takes me one step closer toward my goals.
