Most Calories in One Meal:1,200 calories by eating Ye Ole Fashioned‘s famous 10-slice BLT with a handful of fries and a small (20 ounces) Coke.
Most Calories Burned in One Session: 500 calories during a 45-minute spin class

A few people have asked over the last couple of weeks about my “most calories in one meal.” Let me provide a little insight to my sushi buffets and 10-slices BLTs.
I don’t eat meals like this every day. Remember, I’m just showing you the most calories in a single meal throughout the entire span of seven days, I’m not showing you the countless meals with chicken, tuna, yogurt, etc in between. When I do typically have a large meal, it’s over the weekend and I’ll compensate for it in my other meals. If I know I’m going to have a big lunch out with friends/family (like a 10-slice BLT), then I might make breakfast and a dinner a little smaller than usual.
I won’t skip them though, because man, I get hungry fast.
Eating a meal like this every once in a while won’t keep you from reaching your goals, it’ll only help you stay sane. You’re not in a race. You’ve got to live and eat like this forever, so what you’re doing today you should still be doing five years from now.
