All work (book, buying a house, life, etc) and no play makes me a dull boy.

Average Daily Calories: 2,400
Most Calories in One Meal:1,240 calories in a BBQ plate with BBQ, rice, hash, and a couple of hush puppies. I also had a can of coke, too (unfathomable!).
Most Calories Burned in One Session: Workout at the gym that included the StairMaster, elliptical, planks, and weight lifting. 750 calories burned in 75 minutes.
Most Repeated Workout Song: Under Pressure by Queen and David Bowie
I love the muscles/strength I’ve earned, but I’ve put on too much fat to go with it. It’s time to cut the fat. I’m going on a strict “diet” of 2,100 calories a day starting today.
While life is nuts right now, I’m pumped. Let’s do this thing.
