Most Calories in One Meal: 1,300 calories in an eight ounce sirloin topped with mushrooms and onions from Texas Roadhouse, loaded baked potato and salad as sides.
Most Calories Burned in One Session: Once more, a gym session that included the StairMaster, elliptical, planks, and lifting. 750 calories burned in 75 minutes.

I’m making good progress, as is hopefully apparent from the pictures above. I still have fat to lose, but that’ll be my goal for a very long time. I hope to reach around 185 pounds by the holidays, and that’s going to require a lot of cardio.
I started doing nothing but cardio in 2009 when I weighed well over 300 pounds, then got fixated on weight lifting with cardio as an afterthought. Today, I need to bring the dial back to the middle and focus heavily on doing both consistently.
