Body Transformation – Progress Update 143
I hope nobody got attached to the kitchen backdrop in the pictures below, because we’re officially building a house. We move in on March 01, 2012.
Weight: 201.4 pounds | down 1.0 pound(s) since last week
Body Fat Percentage: Coming soon (this isn’t cheap)
Average Daily Calories: 2,150
Most Calories in One Meal: 1,400 calories in a dozen wings (variety of flavors) from Wild Wing Cafe during the University of South Carolina and Tennessee football game — with a Coke. My daughter was visiting the in-laws, so we went out for the night.
Most Calories Burned in One Session: 700 calories during an intense 80-minute workout (elliptical, stairs, planks, and lifting) at the gym starting at 5 AM.
Most Repeated Workout Song: Five Finger Death Punch – Walk Away
This has been a breakthrough week. I’ve rediscovered and am putting to good use an intensity that I lost long ago.
I’ve had some killer workout sessions over the last several days. It might be 40 degrees lately when I head to the gym 5 AM, but I’m pumped up and ready to go every single morning. Even though I might be tired, I force keep my alarm away from the bed so I have to get up to turn it off. Once I’m up, I force myself to get dressed and go do work.
And while I’d like to be modest, I just have to be honest and say that I’m listening to the best workout playlist ever created. That certainly helps the intensity.
Outside of the gym, my calories have been spot on around the 2,100 mark. I’m keeping meals simple, easy to prepare (so I don’t pick up food on the way home), and tasty. Repetition and boredom is great for losing weight.
