Body Transformation – Update 149
I’m seeing big changes in my body composure. My gut is definitely shrinking, my arms are more defined, as are my legs. I’m feeling good.
Today’s Weight: 199.6 pounds – up 0.2 pound(s) from last Wednesday

Average Daily Calories for the Last 7 Days: 2,100
Most Calories in One Meal: It’d have to be the 650 calories from the chicken fajita bowl I had last night from Chipotle. I has a ton of sodium in it (it’s from a restaurant, so that’s a given), so it’s probably to blame for my slight weight gain overnight. I weigh myself daily though, so I know that I’m actually down overall for the week.
My weight will be right back down again next week, even with Christmas this weekend.
Most Calories Burned in One Session: Last Thursday, which is the day I do abs and cardio. I did several ab exercises (weighted crunches, leg raises, planks, and ab twists), plus a bout with the StairMaster. Probably burned about 600 calories.
Most Repeated Workout Song: Chevelle – Face to the Floor
I’m determined not to gain weight this weekend, even with Christmas and the food that comes along with it. I’ll eat a little bit extra, no doubt, but I’m going to restrain myself and hit the gym hard that following Tuesday. I also won’t drink anything that has calories, so that’s a tremendous help in keeping my calories down.
