Body Transformation – Update 157
For close to two years, every Wednesday I’ve stood in this kitchen and taken pictures of my weight loss progress. Today is the last day you’ll see me in this kitchen.
Today’s Weight: 197.0 pounds, –0.4 pounds from last Wednesday (147.2 pounds lost)
Today’s Body Fat Percentage: Coming Feb 22
Average Daily Calories for the Last 7 Days: 2,150
Most Calories in One Meal: Saturday night. Chinese food. Sushi. Two egg rolls. Lo mein. Fried rice. Probably 1,300 calories. ‘Nough said.
Most Calories Burned in One Session: I don’t like this weekly topic. I don’t track the calories that I burn and when I do, I don’t vary too much in what I do to burn them. Until I can say things like, “This week I burned 1,000 calories running from an escaped lion at the Brooklyn Zoo,” don’t expect to see this next Wednesday. Just assume I burnt a lot of calories one day by lifting weights and/or doing cardio.
Most Repeated Workout Song: Eminem – Cinderella Man
I’ve changed my Wednesday backdrops a few times since starting the blog in 2009. I’ve gone from rental to rental and room to room, wherever I could find enough space and lighting to take pictures. The change in scenery next week is permanent (30+ years?), though, unlike the past few years. I’ll start taking pictures from my upstairs man cave next Wednesday and unless we starting becoming the Duggar family, that won’t change.
My goals over the next week are very simple:
• Limit fast food (high in calories!) consumption while packing/moving/unpacking
• Find a new gym to call home before next Monday morning rolls around
• Give the punching bag I got for Christmas a proper test in the man cave
First things first, though. We still have to sign on the dotted line and get the keys.
Two more days.
