This week’s weight loss can probably be contributed to counting calories and getting a firm hour of cardio (shown in red above) every night the past week.
An hour of cardio may seem boring, but cardio isn’t a chore when it’s fun. I shoot hoops (that’s basketball to you suburbanites) outside in my driveway every night. I stop frequently to interact with my daughter (who’s usually by my side) to play catch, kick the soccer ball, push her on her bike, that kind of thing.
It’s my kind of cardio. I wouldn’t dream of stepping on a treadmill again. And soon, I won’t dream of stepping onto the scale again and seeing the 200s.
