Less than 10 pounds to lose and it’s goodbye to the 200s for good.

Want the secret? A bunch of family time, yard work, and basketball. I tend to not focus on how to burn calories (instead focusing on counting calories) and like to recommend “moving around more.” I think my daily physical activity can be summed up perfectly as just me trying to move around more.
I don’t have a fixed plan like I once did when I went to the gym. These days I just know I need to do some form of cardio on a regular basis to burn calories.
I do so in ways that are fun, productive, and sustainable.
Once I get closer to 200 pounds, I’m going to start taking pictures of my scale’s reading and upload them on Friday. You know, for dramatic effect and all.
I’m happy with this progress. Let’s keep it up.
