Back to Back and Side by Side
Counting calories works. I’ve got the proof to back it up:
I made a similar post recently, but I wanted an update and side by side comparison.
The left image (taken from a video) is from my very first weekly weigh-in. I lost 6 pounds during my first week of counting calories and weighed-in at 338.2 pounds.
The second image on the right was taken last Friday.
When I was on the left, it was ludicrous to think that I would ever look like that on the right. It’s pretty amazing and still hard to believe some days.
I hope this motivates you to keep working toward your goals, just as it does me.
