Weigh-in Results – Week 198
Last week I had post-pregnancy weight gain — this week I erased those gains, plus some. A newborn, lack of routine, and the approaching holidays won’t be enough to stop me from reaching 199 pounds by the end of 2012.
Today’s weight: 208.4 pounds | -2.8 pound(s) since last Friday
Total weight loss progress since January 2009: 135.8 pounds
Physical activity over the last week (a snapshot from an average day):
The newly arrived cold weather in South Carolina is preventing me from doing much physical activity outside after work. Regardless, I’m still in the gym Monday through Friday between 5 and 5:45 AM. I’m eating around 2,100 calories a day.
…until Thanksgiving, of course, then replace that 2 with a 4 or 5.
That’s the definition of moderation, though. I won’t skimp on food by any means during the holidays, but I also won’t use the countless holidays, parties, and events over the next six weeks to eat anything I want in the days between.
